material and methods:

1. Add 50 ml of soy-test with 25 gr fine powder processed soy products (passing from sieve with 2 mm diameter) in petri dish or plate and shaking on the desk about 30 sec at 8 form.
2. take the time by a timer or stopwatch for 5 minutes and pay attention to color changing of soy products into purple-red beans.
2.1. if within 5 minutes, from 5 up to 25% of surface area of plate became purple-red color, this means the thermal process was sufficient
2.2. if within 5 minutes, from 25 up to 50% of surface area of plate became purple-red color, this means the thermal process was insufficient and need to time or more temperature for baking
2.3.if within 5 minutes, 75% or more surface area of plate became purple-red color, this means the thermal process was insufficient and the baking process need to repeat
2.4. if within 30 minutes, you can not see any purple-red color, this means the soy baked in over processing at high temperature and or more time baking
